Case Management Solutions’ Case Managers work directly with the injured worker, physician/medical provider, employer, and attorney to develop an action-oriented plan to expedite return to work (RTW). Case Management Solutions’ Case Managers can even provide a seamless transition between medical and vocational case management services.

CATASTROPHIC CASE MANAGEMENT
Case Management Solutions’ CAT Team provides immediate triage to all incoming catastrophic cases to ensure claims handling is expedited and secures all information quickly and accurately. CAT Case Managers expedite a recovery solution by coordinating services through a multi-disciplinary treatment team consisting of physicians, therapists, insurance carriers/TPA’s and community resources. Case Management Solutions’ CAT Team is committed to all of those who have been impacted by a tragic event and will offer guidance and support navigating through the medical process.

TELEPHONIC CASE MANAGEMENT
Case Management Solutions’ Telephonic Case Managers (TCM) provide customers with an early intervention solution from the onset of injury. Early intervention facilitates an injured worker's recovery and expedites an early return to work all while managing costs.

VOCATIONAL CASE MANAGEMENT
Case Management Solutions' vocational experts develop action oriented plans to expedite the injured worker’s return to gainful employment which will accommodate their physical capabilities and transferrable skills. Vocational Case Managers are also available to conduct labor market surveys and facilitate job searches.

Case Management Solutions offers reserving and settlement tools that assist clients in claim posturing and resolution.

MEDICAL COST PROJECTIONS (MCP)
A Medical Cost Projection provides a chronological overview of the medical treatment and professional documentation of future medical needs and identifies the probable future medical cost of a claim, which prevents stair-stepping and allows for accurate claim reserving. All reports are completed by nurses who are certified in Life Care Planning.

LIFE CARE PLAN / REVIEW (LCP)
A Life Care Plan is a comprehensive report that identifies future medical and vocational needs for individuals who have sustained a catastrophic or complicated injury/illness which can also be used for settlement negotiations. Planners can also provide an analysis of opposing Life Care Plans.

LEGAL NURSE REVIEW (LNR)
A Legal Nurse Review is an interpretation of medical records, documents and medical-legal issues to determine the strengths and weaknesses of a case and is used to assist in preparing for settlement. Completed by Legal Nurse Consultant Certified (LNCC) or Certified Legal Nurse Consultant (CLNC).
